Department hot-dip galvanized is equipped with modern equipment that meets world practices and manufacturers: "Westech" (USA), "KÖrer" (Austria), "W.Pillig" (Germany). The installed baths allow today the galvanizing of metal structures with overall dimensions up to 12.5 mx 1.4 mx 3.2 m, weighing up to 3 tons, with a zinc coating thickness of 40 to 200 microns. The department also has a line for galvanizing small items, which is a closed conveyor operating in automatic mode. Suspended products undergo sequential processing stages: mechanical cleaning in a shot blasting chamber (machine for cleaning the surface of metal products from rust), washing, fluxing, drying, galvanizing, cooling and removal. The dimensions of the galvanizing bath are 7x1.2x2.3 m.

The main type of metal structures supplied by customers is power transmission line poles, road fences, construction trusses, and urban infrastructure structures. One of the department's unique orders was the construction of football stadiums built in Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar on the eve of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
