Moomin dishes prepared for CZP employees

The Day of Finnish Cuisine was held in the canteens of the Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex). Hearty fish and vegetable dishes, spicy sauces and exquisite desserts - such a culinary surprise was prepared by the canteen employees for metallurgists. A festive lunch took place as part of the Days of National Cuisine. - The tradition of holding the Days of National Cuisine was revived in 2015. During this time, the factory workers tasted dishes of Italian, German, Uzbek, Georgian, Russian and other cultures. We hope that today we managed to make a pleasant gastronomic surprise for CZP employees. After all, we are trying not only to feed the factory workers, but to make their food tasty, varied and healthy, ”says Lyubov Tyuleneva, director of Sotsservice Plus LLC (the contracting organization responsible for food). and regional competitions. Last year, a new canteen for 150 seats was put into operation on the territory of the enterprise. The cost of the facility was about 120 million rubles. “It is important for us how and with what mood a person works, what working conditions he has, how and where he eats,” notes Konstantin Rosenberg, CZP HR and Administrative Director. - All this is one of the areas of our social programs that make CZP an attractive employer.
