UMMC Developer started 2021 with the commissioning of the third stage of the Makarovsky residential complex in Yekaterinburg. The developer received the corresponding permission on January 12.
Stage III of the best residential complex in the region and in Russia (data from the analytical portal ERZ.RF) consists of 2 sections of a business-class house for 132 apartments, an overground parking and an underground warm parking for 141 parking place. The total living area of the constructed sections is 12 120.1 m2.
"By the project of the residential complex "Makarovsky" consists of 4 stages of construction. This year we also plan to put into operation OKN - the building of the Simanovskaya mill, which will house 25 apartments and a restaurant. We have already begun to build the final phase of the complex, and more than half of the apartments have already been sold out. The commissioning of this line is scheduled for 2022, "said Evgeny Mordovin, head of development projects at UGMK-Zastroyshchik.

Industry experts put the project in high positions, assessing its consumer properties, the quality of building materials and engineering solutions, as well as the rich infrastructure of the internal space.
The developer UGMK-Zastroyshchik himself, according to ERZ.RF, is the best developer in the region in terms of consumer qualities of objects, is in the TOP-5 construction companies of the region with the largest volumes of housing (more than 34,000 m2 from the beginning of 2020) and in the TOP-20 developers of the region in terms of current construction volumes. In addition, the federal portal gave it the highest reliability score.
