"MMK-Informservice" has transferred HR workflow to digital

On June 28, 2020, within the framework of Federal Law No. 122 dated 04.24.2020, an all-Russian experiment was launched, which allows companies to transfer HR workflow to electronic form, thereby increasing efficiency and automating the process of working with documents. The experiment attracted special attention of employers and business owners; at the moment, more than 70 companies are participating in the project, automating the processes of work of personnel services. IT-company MMK-Informservice, being one of the first participants in the experiment, has developed its own solution based on the ATACH system, which allows employees of the labor and wages department to draw up personnel documents in electronic form and work on them in a remote format. Both the employer and the employee have the opportunity to sign documents with a "cloud" enhanced qualified electronic signature (UKEP).

The experiment began in August 2020 and will last until March 31, 2021, but today the MMK-Informservice company will share its experience and talk about the possibilities of a personnel solution on the ATACH system.

ATACH is a Russian innovative system for managing business processes of electronic document management and corporate communications, developed by MMK-Informservice. In October 2020, MMK-Informservice successfully converted its HR administration into electronic form based on the ATACH system. Despite the specifics of HR business processes, the new type of electronic document management was easily configured in the system due to the flexible architecture of the software product and unlimited functionality. A mobile and efficient system with a friendly, intuitive interface, high speed (program response up to 200 ms for any operations in the system) has turned the work with HR paperwork into an easy and fast process without special training:

More than 35 HR documents are now processed only in electronic form, such as a report to the supervisor on disciplinary action, an application for the postponement of leave, an application for the provision of additional paid days off to care for a disabled child, an application for maternity leave, the provision of parental leave, explanatory, order for transfer, agreement, order release from work, minutes of familiarization, memo for work on weekends, recall from vacation, etc.
