Over 23 billion rubles will be allocated by Sberbank to finance the largest projects of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company. The signed agreements also provide for the possibility of financing the construction of three residential complexes in Yekaterinburg in the amount of 3 billion rubles.
The directions of cooperation and the terms of financing are outlined in the agreements that were signed at the Innoprom-2019 exhibition by the Chairman of the Ural Bank of Sberbank Vladimir Cherkashin and General Director of UGMK-Holding Andrey Kozitsyn.
Thus, the agreement that the bank entered into with the construction division of the UMMC Group provides for financing the construction of the second phase of the Izumrudny Bor residential complex, the second phase of the Nagorny residential complex and the third phase Residential complex "Makarovsky quarter". In addition to residential buildings, UMMC-Holding will develop social infrastructure and road network, landscaping and landscaping the territory. New kindergartens and schools will appear in the development areas, and a tram line is planned to be laid from the Prospekt Kosmonavtov metro station to Verkhnyaya Pyshma.
