Metinvest continues to invest in the modernization of production. Among the large-scale projects is the construction of a cycle-flow technology complex at the Ingulets mining and processing plant. The installation of a crushing and transfer station continues in the mine of the GOK.
The complex will consist of two highways - "Western" and "Eastern". The construction of the complex began six years ago. At the first stage, the Vostochny tract was built.
It is designed for coarse crushing and transportation of ore to ore processing plant No. 1. On the horizon minus 300 meters, construction and installation work continues.
Specialists have installed the drive and lengthened conveyors, pipelines and other equipment. One of the conveyors has been installed by 90%, which will transfer ore to the Zapadny route.
The launch of a complex of cyclical-flow technology will allow faster transport of rock from the lower horizons of the open pit and reduce the use of dump trucks.
“Construction of cyclical-flow technology is a large-scale project. Its implementation will allow InGOK to receive additional volumes of high-grade ore in the long term, and to reduce operating and operating costs. Among the important tasks of the facility is to reduce the technogenic load on the environment, ”said Alexander Gerasimchuk, General Director of the Ingulets GOK of Metinvest.
