the Chinese telecommunications giant, Huawei, has filed a lawsuit against the decision of the US regulators to accept its products threatening national security.
Speaking at a press conference in the headquarters of Huawei in Shenzhen, the General counsel of the company sun Lupin said, "the U.S. Government never provided real evidence that Huawei poses a threat to national security. This is because such evidence does not exist."
Earlier it was reported that the Federal communications Commission, the U.S. restricted rural mobile operators to buy Huawei equipment at the expense of state Fund in the amount of $ 8.5 billion.
the company appealed to the U.S. court of Appeals with a request to cancel the decision. This is the second lawsuit against Huawei in the U.S. this year.
the Company filed a similar lawsuit in may, challenging the decision to ban government agencies from the US to buy its equipment.
Huawei is playing a leading role in the production and sales of key technologies for 5G telecommunications infrastructure of the next generation.
Meanwhile, Washington is pressuring other countries to not allow Huawei to build their critical telecommunications infrastructure to 5G.
