The new coquille casting site at the Zavolzhye plant was equipped with high-tech equipment purchased with the support of the FRP. This is a modern complex for the manufacture of sand rods using Cold-Box-Amin technology, a robotic complex for pouring, punching and trimming cylinder heads, as well as a Russian-made thermal furnace for the heat treatment of castings.

The cylinder heads produced at the site are designed for gasoline and diesel engines installed on UAZ and Sollers vehicles.
In 2025, the construction of a scrubber room has already been completed. A suspended conveyor is installed at the site for cooling and transporting castings from casting complexes to equipment for knocking out rods and trimming the gate system.
In parallel, the installation and launch of a chamber for cleaning casting equipment from paint and carbon deposits is underway.
In November 2025, the RosALit Foundry reported that it had increased production by 16% after the introduction of the tools of the federal project "Labor Productivity" of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy". The pilot production stream of machined castings, which accounts for 23% of the company's revenue, has become a pilot. Experts from the Regional Competence Center (RCC) conducted a diagnostic of the production and identified 15 bottlenecks that need to be addressed.
