EAAC recommends extension of the duty on Ukrainian steel rolls for another 5 years

EAAC recommends extension of the duty on Ukrainian steel rolls for another 5 years

the Eurasian economic Commission proposed to extend for 5 years the duty on forged steel rolls for metal rolling mill originating from Ukraine and imported on customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union. About it the report says the Commission said Wednesday.

"it is Proposed to extend the anti-dumping measures provided for by Decision No. 904, for 5 years", - stated in the document.

Decision No. 904 was adopted on 9 December 2011 and prescribes the collection of anti-dumping duties on Ukrainian rolls of 26% of customs value. This decision was made for three years and was extended in 2013 and 2015.

Re-investigation was initiated by the JSC "Urals heavy engineering plant", JSC "machine-building concern ORMETO-YUMZ" and "simple machines heavy machinery plant".
