The Ukrainian industrial company of businessman Viktor Pinchuk has been headed by Franz Josef Marx since February 1, who replaced Fadi Khraibe, who will continue to head the Board of Directors of the company.

Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe announced the appointment of a new CEO, Franz Josef Marx, who will take up his duties on February 1, 2022.

He will replace Fadi Hraibe, who will continue to lead the company's Board of Directors.

Franz Josef Marx received his MBA from the Christian Albrecht University of Kiel (Germany). In addition, he received a master's degree in engineering from the Technical University of Bingen (Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany).

Mr. Marks has many years of experience in large industrial companies. In particular, he held the position of President of International Paper in Russia, CEO of Svetogorsk OJSC, CEO of Ilim Group, and an independent director on the Board of Directors of Kama Group of Companies.

Prior to this, Franz Josef Marx was a partner at The Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he managed the Moscow office as a managing partner. His career began at BASF AG as an intern, followed by managerial experience in Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
