the Norwegian company "NBT" started the installation of the first phase of the wind farm "Zofia" with a capacity of 42.5 MW in the Zaporozhye region. The total capacity of the wind farm will be 800 MW. This wind farm will be the largest in Europe. Total investment will exceed 1 billion euros.
In 2019 in Ukraine "NBT" together with the French energy company "TOTAL-EREN" is already installation of the wind farm "Sivash" 250 MW in Kherson region. For the project has already attracted 262 million euros from a number of different banks, including EBRD, NEFCO. The total investment is about 400 million euros.

during the meeting the sides focused on other promising sectors of renewable energy of Ukraine. According to the press service of the Agency, the country has a favorable legislative field for projects on bioenergy, for example, the production of both electricity and heat from biomass.
Extremely promising for investors may be projects of cogeneration plants biomass thanks to the synergy of the incentives, said the Agency.
