This is stated in the message of the Department of strategic investigation of the National police of Ukraine.
As they say in the message, militiamen established that between the management of JSC "NAC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" and the commercial structure of the contract was made conducting seismic surveys value of 407 million.
"Reliably knowing that the contractor did not perform part of the work under the contract, the former head of the Department from the beginning gave the necessary documentation to management, and later signed the acts on its implementation. On the basis of this package of documents on account of the commercial structure was wrongly transferred funds. As a result of criminal actions of a former official of the state suffered more than 284 million hryvnias of losses", - told in the Channel.
Friday, 14 February, investigators of the RRG of Ukraine to the operational support of the Department of strategic investigation of the National police of Ukraine on the procedural management of Prosecutor's office of Kiev region reported the former Director of the Department of JSC "NAC "Naftogaz of Ukraine" of suspicion under part 2 of article 364 (abuse of power) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
In the near future will be solved the issue of electing a suspect measure of restraint, summed up in the Department.
