"the Reaction of the President of Ukraine was very quick and even for me, to a certain extent unexpected. I assumed that he would visit kvsz, but did not expect that he will take the decision so quickly, literally instantly, during our conversation," - said Prikhodko.
He said that now the company needs to carry out all the procedures to select personnel, to provide equipment, organize the production of additional cars and trains.
"I Can say that we will spare no effort and make the number of cars that will be ordered through additional budgeting from the state's income, not the income of Railways. Understand that the time to execute an additional order this year will remain very small - a maximum of six months", - said Prikhodko.
Head proper use of reported that the troubled Railways complaint to the Antimonopoly Committee that was allegedly a cartel two years ago, when I conducted tenders and concluded contracts for 54 passenger cars and 6 diesel trains, is still in force.
"Now you need to find a solution on this issue. It is obvious that whoever wrote the complaint needs to say that you were wrong. Again, decisions about our problematic issues has been made, although talk about their elimination lasted from one month to one and a half years. I'm sure that other decisions will be made within the next week", - said Prikhodko.
