the Board of JSC "Novokramatorsky machine building plant" (Kramatorsk Donetsk region) took the decision to abandon the benefits on the local taxes, stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine aimed at ensuring additional social and economic guarantees in connection with the distribution of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)".
Chairman of the Board of JSC NKMZ, the General Director of the enterprise G. S. Sukov commented on the decision:
"At the moment, sharply there is a question of filling the local budget funds. Realizing all the responsibility to the residents of Kramatorsk, we took a policy decision to abandon tax holidays and keep the tax revenue (land tax and property tax) to the city budget."
To date, the assistance of Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod the city in the fight against coronavirus amounted to UAH 10 million.
