The new supervisory board of NKMZ has appointed a new chairman of the board today.

An extraordinary meeting of shareholders was held at the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant (NKMZ), at which a new Supervisory Board was elected.

Maxim Viktorovich Turkov was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant Private Joint-Stock Company (NKMZ PJSC). Korobkin Evgeny Gennadievich and Shaparenko Andrey Anatolyevich were elected members of the Supervisory Board of the Society.

There have also been changes in the leadership of the Audit Commission. It was headed by Odverko Lyudmila Stepanovna.

And already today, 12/18/2020. the new composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company was appointed the Chairman of the Board of PJSC "NKMZ". It was Igor Stefanovich Protynyak, who previously headed the Supervisory Board of the Society.

Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant is the largest individual heavy machine building enterprise in Europe. The plant has been successfully operating for 85 years in the market of metallurgical, mining, forging and pressing, mine tunneling, lifting and transporting, specialized equipment.
