Novokramatorsky machine plant (Kramatorsk, Donetsk region) has shipped the customer a ball-rolling mill h 60-100 intended for production of steel grinding balls with diameter of 60, 80, 90 and 100 mm. the Balls will be made by way of cross–rolling and subsequent heat treatment production, which will ensure the given requirements of quality.
Until recently, the NCMH did not produce the mills produced by cross–helical rolling. And only in 2018 here was designed and made the first ball-rolling mill h 20-400 for "energostil" (Kiev).
In contrast, the current unit has increased to 100 thousand tons per year performance includes the heating area, the full cycle of heat treatment and the packing of the balls, allows to obtain balls of high hardness.
