The officials requested a number of additional documents from DCH, in particular, evidence that agrotechnical products of Motor Sich PJSC can be used as attachments for tractors manufactured by KhTZ PJSC.

Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi's DCH Group announced that it had received a response from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to the submitted application for the purchase of Motor Sich PJSC shares.

The document says that the AMCU did not accept the application for consideration. The following text lists a number of technical procedural points with which the Committee justifies its decision, as well as requests for additional information.

In particular, in relation to assets in the commodity markets, which, according to the DCH press service, are not related to the core business of Motor Sich PJSC - aircraft construction.

According to current legislation, the return of the application does not deprive the applicant of the right to apply to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine again, DCH stressed.
