In the molding shop of PJSC "Dnipro Metallurgical Plant " (DMZ, formerly "Evraz-DMZ "), a member of DCH Steel of the DCH group of businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky, the production of deep-bottom molds was restored. This was reported in the press service of the plant.
Molds of this type are used for casting calm steel grades, in the past they were produced at the enterprise in the 80s of the XX century.
The specialists of the enterprise have made tooling - molds for deep-bottom molds. The first of them was cast on November 20.
It is planned to release about 20 molds monthly after the completion of all stages of preparatory work.
The DMZ plant specializes in the production of steel, cast iron, rolled products and products from them.
