The delegation included the heads of the department of education and adaptation of personnel, the department of organization and motivation of labor and the department of personnel and regime. The delegation was headed by Deputy General Director for Personnel and Regime Vladimir Brizhnichenko.
Turboatom was represented at the meeting by Deputy General Director Dmitry Nesterenko, Head of Human Resources Department Gennady Kirichenko and Head of Labor Organization and Wages Department Viktor Belov.
The purpose of the visit was to consider the main issues of personnel management, namely, the introduction of a dual education system for university students, incentives to attract personnel, adaptation and training systems at the enterprise, motivational mechanisms and work organization.
According to Vladimir Brizhnichenko, Turboatom conducts a competent policy in the development of its personnel. “Measures aimed at the exchange of experience between our companies lead to mutually beneficial results, allow us to broaden our horizons on current production issues and contribute to further development and improvement of the quality of work,” he added.
At the end of the meeting, the guests visited the museum of the history of the enterprise and the assembly and test shop 73, where they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the production facilities of Turboatom.
