“We consider it necessary to declare that the identified cases of fraud using the name of the enterprise are not related to PJSC“ Dneprospetsstal ”. If you have any suspicions about the possible unreasonable use of the name of PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" in the execution of contractual relations and the purchase /sale of goods, you can contact the employees of the company, who will confirm or deny the information you have. The management of PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" recommends that you ignore dubious proposals. If necessary, you should contact the law enforcement agencies on the facts of fraud, ”the plant said.
The press service of PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" drew attention to the fact that the company conducts electronic business correspondence only from corporate servers (... @ dss.com.ua) and does not use free e-mail services; does not establish contractual relations in absentia via the Internet and e-mail, contracts signed by the plant in hard copy after signing are sent to the counterparty; the purchase of goods by the plant is carried out only after a tender (tender analysis) and receipt of documents from the counterparty, allowing the identification of the legal entity; the consignee of the goods on behalf of the company is always an authorized person of the plant.
