JSC "MC" Kuzbassrazrezugol "(an enterprise of the raw materials complex of UMMC) has built a protective soundproofing screen on the territory of the industrial site of the" Vakhrushevskaya "concentrating plant of the branch" Krasnobrodsky coal mine "(Vakhrushevskoye field). The total amount of funds used for the construction of the facility amounted to 23.63 million rubles.
The protective noise shield is located on the southern side of the pro-site of the Vakhrusheskaya PF near the clean coal storage area. The purpose of the installation is to reduce the potential acoustic impact of the enterprise's facilities on the territory of the nearest residential development, including on B. Khmelnitsky Street, in the city of Kiselevsk. The design solutions, in particular, the construction of the noise shield developed by the design organization, are based on the results of research work, which in 2017 was commissioned by the Kuzbassrazrezugol Management Company by the specialists of the Scientific Research Institute of Labor Safety in Metallurgy. As part of this work, a comprehensive acoustic survey was carried out with measurements under various modes of operation of machinery and equipment at the industrial site of the processing plant, and the optimal location of the protective structure and its parameters were determined. The length of the installed noise barrier is 174.5 m, the height is 10 m.
“As shown by studies carried out after the completion of the construction of the soundproof barrier, its efficiency - without correction for the natural reduction of the noise level at a distance - reaches 41 %, depending on the location of sources and operating modes of equipment at the industrial site of the Vakhrushevskaya concentrating plant, - commented Vitaly Latokhin, Deputy Director of JSC MC Kuzbassrazrezugol for ecology, industrial safety and land use.
