For the first time, TMK held a forum for the development of leaders from various industries

Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) held a "Manage Effectively" forum on leadership and improving managerial skills for more than 100 managers from the metallurgical, oil and gas, chemical, retail and other industries. The event, which took place at the TMK Science and Technology Center in Moscow, was organized by TMK2U Corporate University.

The forum included round tables and master classes dedicated to the formation of personal competencies of the head of the future, leadership development in conditions of uncertainty, effective interaction between the leader and the team, the role of the head in employee motivation, stress management and customer orientation. During the practical classes, the participants solved real-life cases, and also demonstrated their own managerial skills in management duels.

In addition, the participants discussed the tasks and role of the head in ensuring business efficiency and current trends in management processes. At the end of the event, the results of the practical exercises were summed up and each participant received constructive feedback.
