Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has become an official partner of the employers' exhibition "Career Time", organized by Ural Federal University (UrFU). TMK specialists told the participants about career opportunities in the company, conducted a master class and resume analysis.

As part of the exhibition, major employers presented their current vacancies to visitors. At TMK's stand, potential applicants were advised by specialists from TMK2U Corporate University, Seversky (STZ) and Sinarsky (SinTZ) Pipe plants, TMK Neftegazservice (TMK NGS), TMK Technical Service (TMK Techservice) and the Business Services Center (TMK CBU). The guests of the exhibition took part in an interactive game organized using a chatbot. Answering questions about TMK's activities, the participants scored points, for which they later received corporate gifts.

In addition, TMK2U held a master class "Maximum Antistress: how not to explode in a session." TMK also participated in the Resume Roasting project within the framework of the exhibition, during which specialists analyzed applicants' questionnaires and gave feedback on its structure, content, wording and overall impression.

"TMK has been participating in "Career Time" for eight years now — since 2018. This exhibition is an important part of our systematic career guidance work. Specialists introduce students to the company's areas of work, talk about career opportunities, internship options, and the most sought-after professions at enterprises. Live communication at the exhibition, resume analysis, master classes - all this helps students make an informed step into the profession, and we invite motivated, thoughtful newcomers to the company who are ready to grow with the company and develop the necessary competencies and skills," said TMK's Deputy General Director for Personnel Management, Director of the Corporate University. TMK2U Elena Zolototina.

"Career Time" is a federal initiative launched in UrFU and implemented at the national level with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. The project aims to promote the interaction of employers and students, to help companies in the selection of personnel, to assist students and graduates in finding employment and professional development. University and college students, graduates, and young professionals can participate in the project.
