The Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) has published a Sustainability Report for 2025. In the document, TMK presented the results of its activities and large-scale projects in such areas as environmental protection, industrial safety, personnel management, development of the regions of its presence and other aspects of non-production activities.
In 2025, the company, in particular, completed the first stage of modernization of the water supply system at the Sinarsky Pipe Plant (SinTZ), received public approval for the project to create an industrial waste landfill at the Pervouralsky Novotrubny Plant (PNTZ), and for the first time assessed indirect greenhouse gas emissions (emissions of coverage area 3) into the atmosphere.
The specialists of the Volzhsky Pipe Plant (VTZ) have developed new ways of recycling industrial waste, and the Seversky Pipe Plant (STZ) has reclaimed land in Polevskoye that was disrupted by the activities of the previous nature user. In 2025, Taganrog Metallurgical Plant (TAGMET) also continued to reduce the burden on the environment, and also won the award of the all-Russian ECOTECH LEADER competition for the integrated water resources management system of the enterprise and the conservation of biodiversity of the Azov-Black Sea basin.
In the area of occupational safety and industrial safety, the company has supplemented the practice of annual Occupational Safety Days with a new initiative, the unscheduled Occupational Safety Week. The event was held in the format of cross-audits, during which delegations consisting of chief engineers and occupational safety and industrial safety specialists went to inspect their colleagues' sites.
TMK also continued to implement staff support and development programs and initiatives to promote working and engineering professions among young people. As part of its participation in the federal Professionalism project, TMK upgraded classrooms in sponsored schools and universities, and its specialists conducted thematic lessons and excursions. In terms of caring for the regions, the company implemented charitable, social and infrastructure projects, as well as developed industrial tourism and the corporate volunteer movement.
As in previous reports, the document provides detailed information on practices and approaches in the field of sustainable development of one of the company's key production assets. In 2025, the Sinar Pipe Plant (SinTZ) was chosen as such an enterprise.
