In chemical-metallurgical plant of JSC "Uralelectromed" (metallurgical complex of UMMC) has passed competition of professional skill on the title of the best founder of gold refining Otdelenia.
First, six participants passed the theoretical phase – test of 35 questions on the history of factories and enterprises, quality management system, ecological management, labor protection and industrial safety, and professional activities. Test the best managed Sergey Tuchkov. Just one point behind him, Vasily Goncharov, Oleg Sandakov and Ruslan Tishkov.
Then the participants started the practical stage is moved in the production part of workshop to their jobs, where in addition to filling gold smelters spent processing the ingot with pneumolysin with a special nozzle, and then use a stencil and letters was applied to the treated surface of the ingot markings.
At the end of the competition the best founder was recognized as Oleg Sandakov, who managed to cope with excitement and with a minimum amount of time I did the practical task. Second place went to Vladislav N. third – Paul Sarlo.
Summing up the results of the competition, head of the chemical and metallurgical shop Arsen Musin thanked the participants for their work and stressed that the smelters each shift produce gold bullion of the highest standard, demonstrating their professionalism.
