In the public discussion was attended by eight coal companies of Russia.

To lead the development of the first state professional standards the coal industry, "the KRU" was offered in the service of the Director on personnel of JSC "UMMC". Now this was done with her methodological support. Until the end of 2020, the working group should develop standards for the two major professions in surface mining of coal: "the machinist of the bulldozer" and "excavator operator". Based on GPS will be developed uniform eligibility requirements for workers of all enterprises of branch and will be updated educational programs for personnel training.
