Equipment worth 2.3 million rubles have already been allocated in the mechanical laboratory of the plant. A significant advantage is that the press is any kind of materials (ugleplastika, stekloplastikov, rubbers, rubber-blends etc.) used when applying insulation and sheath on the cable the entire range of the plant.
test panels are produced under pressure up to 100 tons and at temperatures up to 350 degrees. These figures are automatically adjusted with the help of modern control systems. Automation allows us to produce high-quality samples and to obtain accurate test results, determining physical and mechanical properties such as percent elongation and tensile strength of raw materials.
For easy control of the press had developed a smartphone app that will allow you to set parameters and monitor system operation online.
