JSC "Shadrinsky Automotive Aggregate Plant" is upgrading its test equipment base. An updated climatic pressure chamber has been put into operation. A set of technical solutions made it possible to increase the performance of the test bench and significantly reduce the cost of energy resources.
- Climatic tests are necessary for almost the entire range of products manufactured by the Shadrinsk Automobile Unit Plant: heat exchangers, heaters, heaters, jacks, syringes, - said the chief metrologist of JSC "SHAAZ" Alexey Balandin. - The camera allows you to quickly reach temperatures from -70 ° C to + 300 ° C, and we can assess the reliability of our units in the most extreme conditions. The minimum value at which we are currently testing products is -60 ° C. Jacks and heaters supplied to special equipment are subjected to such a three-hour freeze. At positive temperatures, the test can take up to forty hours, while the temperature varies from + 60 ° С to + 120 ° С - depending on the product. At -70 ° С and + 300 ° С there are no tests yet, but we have provided for this reserve, since the requirements of consumers are constantly increasing.
The modernization project was carried out by specialists of ShAAZ JSC together with TestPartner LLC ( . Ekaterinburg). The camera was equipped with software control. The selection of the necessary operating parameters is carried out on the touch screen, the progress and test results are saved in the database.
The compressor cooling system has also been modernized, which has been transferred from water to air cooling.
- The main advantage of the modernization the fact that the required temperature in the chamber began to be reached much faster, - notes Alexey Balandin. - If before the update we reached a temperature of -60 ° C in 4 hours, now this temperature is being pumped up in one hour. The stand works, firstly, autonomously, and secondly, it is much more economical - due to a set of technical solutions, energy consumption has decreased by 20%.
In total, the laboratory of ShAAZ JSC has more than forty pieces of equipment that provide all types of required tests of the plant's products
