High pressure in the hydraulic system of any mechanism can disable it at any time. Well-chosen hydraulic hoses provide not only performance, but also flexibility of moving parts, without the risk of their release failure during daily or temporary use. A wide range of products from the manufacturer guarantees the most accurate selection of sleeves for almost any equipment.

What high pressure hoses are made of

No material, by itself, is able to simultaneously provide high pressure resistance and flexibility. To achieve the required characteristics, the manufacturer uses several components at once. The composite approach in the manufacture of hoses makes it possible to achieve the necessary technical and operational characteristics. The following materials are used in the manufacture:

  • Polyamide, as the main inner layer.
  • Polyvinylidenefluoride is an alternative polymer for inner layer.
  • Steel coiling able to give flexibility and strength.
  • Polyurethane is the optimal outer layer for most applications.
  • Polyamide - if the sleeve does not come into contact with aggressive media.

The combination of a variety of polymers and steel coiling allows it to withstand significant internal and external loads. The sleeve practically does not expand during operation, and is able to remain operational at temperature differences from -70 to +200 degrees. This is sufficient for most tasks.

The main area of ​​use

Hydraulic hoses can be of a wide variety of diameters and lengths. Selection is carried out individually for existing equipment, or which is in the design. The availability of high-quality consumables is useful in the following cases:

  1. repair of hydrojet machines;
  2. sleeve for petroleum products;
  3. any hydraulic telescopic drive;
  4. repair of machine tools.

The more layers in the sleeve, the more pressure it can withstand. But, a large amount of metal winding and polymer filler impairs the flexibility of the sleeve. In each case, an individual approach is required.
