1C: The Employee's Office is a convenient addition to the main 1C products, which allows you to automate the interaction between employees and the HR department. With its help, employees can independently request information, submit applications, view information about accruals and vacations, and HR staff can process requests faster and avoid unnecessary paperwork. But to start working with the service, you need to connect and configure it correctly.

What you need to connect to

First, make sure that you have everything you need. We are talking about the 1C software product, which supports integration with the "Employee Account". You will also need access to the 1C cloud service.:The employee's office or the corresponding module in the local installation, login and password, ITS subscription. If you don't want to deal with everything yourself, order a comprehensive service from a provider. Activation steps

To set up 1C:The employee's office, you need to find the section "Administration" → "Data exchange" → "Integration with web services" in the program interface. Then activate the "Use the Employee's Account" option, enter the information for the 1C:ITS account, log in and confirm access to the service.

If you are connecting for the first time, you need to register your organization in the cloud.:

  • Select the desired organization.
  • Specify the administrator's e-mail address to which the email with access data will be sent.
  • After registration is confirmed, the service will be linked to your organization.

Determine which employees will be able to use the Cabinet – you can do this in the settings. Specify your e-mail address and access rights (for example, viewing documents, submitting applications, downloading certificates). The system will automatically send invitations to employees. So that employees can create applications and certificates, set up templates – these are vacation applications, 2-personal income tax certificates, forms at the place of requirement, etc.

What the employee gets

After activation and access, each employee receives a personal account where they can:

  • Apply for a vacation or time off.
  • Request a certificate of income.
  • Get acquainted with the vacation schedule.
  • Track the history of requests and statuses.

Connecting 1C:The employee's office is a step towards automating HR processes. It's easy to set up, and the benefits for business are obvious: reducing the time needed to process requests, increasing employee loyalty, and improving interaction within the company.
