Many types of production require purified water. Without water sufficiently purified from impurities, it is impossible to guarantee high-quality products at the outlet. Unlike household counterparts, industrial water treatment systems are able to handle large volumes of water . Special filter elements trap not only biological, but also mechanical impurities.

The main tasks of the equipment

Even water extracted from a great depth, hidden from human eyes for more than 100 meters, has a wide variety of impurities. Taken from a nearby river, a shallow well or city water supply is no exception. The whole variety of impurities can be divided into several main categories:

  • Biological impurities are represented by plants, viruses and bacteria.
  • Chemical component in the form of organics and inorganic inclusions.
  • Mechanical dirt in the form of sand, corrosion and clay.
  • A combination of two or more of the above contaminants.

By passing the flow of water through all the elements, at the output the enterprise receives sufficiently purified water so that it can be used in the production process.

The main consumers of treatment plants

Advanced technologies used in water purification give an acceptable result and ease of maintenance of the equipment used. This is especially important in enterprises involved in the processing and production of food. In addition, water purification is in demand in other areas of human activity:

  1. construction and installation companies;
  2. pharmaceutical and chemical industry;
  3. agriculture and farming;
  4. thermal power engineering for domestic and industrial sectors;
  5. boiler room serving central heating.

A water purification system, depending on the physical dimensions and performance, may be required in other demanded areas. An example would be a public swimming pool. The constant circulation of water through the cleaning filter minimizes the need to change it due to the appearance of dangerous contaminants in large quantities.
