Modern technology for the production of alcohol

Alcoholic drinks have never lost their relevance in the context of history. The first, primitive methods of alcohol production gradually replaced more advanced technologies. Before buy wheat tear alcohol for subsequent mixing in a variety of alcoholic beverages, it goes through several stages in production. A quality product is always distinguished by high purity, and the absence of impurities that negatively affect the human condition.

Features of the technological process

In general, the production of alcohol is not very difficult. Difficulties arise at the stage of purification of the resulting product from additional impurities. To have a complete understanding of the production process, it is enough to understand how each individual part is involved in the manufacture of alcohol. The equipment consists of the following important elements:

  1. Mash container with drain cock and sealed lid.
  2. Pressure gauge for monitoring the pressure in the wash tank.
  3. Primary purification takes place in a rectification column.
  4. Separators for additional cleaning.
  5. Flow-through refrigeration apparatus for vapor distillation.

Most factories for the production of alcohol operate in an uninterrupted mode, when the receipt of finished products is not interrupted by refilling the tank with an additional portion of mash. The use of special filters improves the quality of alcohol, regardless of the initial impurities that may be contained in the liquid raw materials.

What is alcohol made of

To get the highest class alcohol, it is necessary to use cereals as the main raw material. A simpler product can be obtained from almost any plant and its fruits, which contain starch and sugar. For example, from 100 kilograms of pure sugar, you can get up to 50 liters of high-quality alcohol. The following raw materials are used on an industrial scale:

  • grain, rice or corn;
  • sugar beets, apples or potatoes;
  • sugar-based molasses;
  • any other vegetables or fruits.

The selected raw material must first be prepared, cleaned, washed and malted from it. Under the influence of yeast, starch and sugar are processed into alcohol. Once the fermentation process is over, the bacteria have processed all the edible raw materials. It is for this reason that you can buy luxury food alcohol class only from cereals. Since it does not contain dangerous impurities, including flavorings.
