Chinese technology company Xiaomi on Thursday evening released its first model of a new energy vehicle (NEV) of its own design.

It is expected that deliveries versions of Xiaomi SU7 and Xiaomi SU7 Max will launch at the end of April this year, and versions of Xiaomi SU7 Pro - at the end of May.
At the release ceremony, Xiaomi founder and CEO Lei Jun noted that the company has achieved a number of technological breakthroughs in NEV vehicle development, particularly in vehicle exterior design, batteries, intelligent driving and intelligent vehicle interior design.
Recall that Xiaomi announced to enter the NEV vehicle sector in 2021 and built in Beijing automobile plant with an area of more than 700 thousand square meters. m.
