"To establish that the placement under the customs procedure for the export of pipe products in the Republic of Belarus (code 7306 61 of the unified Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union) when it is exported to countries according to the appendix is ​​carried out under one-time licenses issued by the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade in accordance with the procedure , similar to that established by the Rules for the issuance of licenses and permits for the export and (or) import of goods, provided for in the annex to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation in relation to third countries (Appendix No. 7 to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) ", - it says in the document.

The list of countries, the export of pipe products to which is carried out with a license, includes 27 countries of the European Union. The measure includes pipes, tubes and other hollow sections made of ferrous metals of square or rectangular cross-section. The resolution comes into force on October 1, 2021 and will be valid for six months.
