Previously, "Russian radiator" received from the territorial Department of Rostechnadzor positive "opinion on the conformity of the reconstructed capital construction object to requirements of project documentation".
In September 2014, the company RUSAL and "ELSO group" agreed to establish a joint venture for the production of aluminum radiators - "Russian radiator" at the industrial site of the Nadvoitsky aluminum plant. The Treaty establishing the JV was signed between RUSAL and "ELSO group" in December 2014. The project is implemented within the strategy of RUSAL's restructuring of inefficient enterprises.
After a full cycle of production capacity of the plant will be about 4 million sections per year.
