Ukrainian manufacturer of stainless pipes "Centravis" shipped 14 tons of tool pipes for automotive internal combustion engines to the customer. The company is currently preparing a new batch of the same amount of 14 tons for Chesini Meccanica.
The Italian company specializes in cooperation with automotive brands and the supply of metal pipes for the distribution of fluids in engines. First of all, for high-pressure fuel supply systems.
Centravis has been cooperating with Chesini Meccanica since 2016, when the first order was shipped. The Italian company chose the Ukrainian supplier primarily due to the fact that Centravis seamless stainless steel pipes meet the requirements of high pressure pipes.

Recall that the Ukrainian manufacturer is one of the world leaders in the production of seamless stainless steel pipes and, in particular, occupies a key position in the segment of tool pipes for cars.
Centravis produces high-quality pipes for niche market. The cost of stainless steel pipes starts from 10,000 euros per ton - almost 10 times more expensive than those produced from carbon grades. In Europe, less than 10 companies can produce such metal products.
In 2023, Centravis opened a new production facility in Uzhgorod, which specializes in this type of pipe. Investments in new production - 2.7 million euros. The staff is 100 people, the capacity is 10% of the capacity of the plant in Nikopol.
For the first almost six months, about 176 tons or more than 900 thousand meters of this type of pipes were produced. This volume is enough to complete about 450-600 thousand cars, since on average 1-2 meters of seamless stainless pipe is required per car.
Note that at the end of 2022, Centravis entered the top 50 largest exporters with revenues of over 125 million euros. The geography of deliveries of the company exceeds 50 countries of the world. Currently, Centravis has offices in the USA, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, the United Arab Emirates.
