Parties to the concession tender is port operators from Ukraine and Qatar. Two companies of the three pre-qualified to participate in the next stage. bids for participation in competition were submitted by two companies: COTERMINAL and unification, OOO Maritime Agency "Peters" and OOO "Protti-gasoline".
