pursuant to the requirements of article 20 of the law of Ukraine "On heat supply" of Saee of Ukraine has published estimated the weighted average tariffs for thermal energy produced with the use of gas for needs of the population and budgetary institutions, as well as the tariffs for transportation and supply of thermal energy.
based On these calculations, the local authorities can set enterprises tariffs for thermal energy from renewable sources 90% of the weighted average of the published rates.
by the Law of Ukraine from 21.03.2017 No. 1959-19 to stimulate the production of heat from renewable sources introduced a simplified and transparent procedure of setting tariffs for heat "of the gas".
"Having a guaranteed at the legislative level rate, the investor is able to determine in advance the profitability of the project and raise the necessary credit and investment funds", - stressed in the Saee.
