the Memorandum was signed by Chairman of JSC "Railways" Evgeny Kravtsov, member of the management Board Remigiusz paszkiewicz and Deputy General Director of CRCC Wang Hongwei.
Present at the event, Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Vladislav Crickley noted that the signing of the Memorandum is an important step in the cooperation for the development of railway communication in the direction of Ukraine – China.
"We expect to restart and intensify the participation of Ukraine in the project "One belt and one road", which will allow to fully realize the transit potential of Ukraine in the continental cargo product. We want to find a form and a formula of Ukraine's participation in this multilateral project to model win-win, i.e. win mutual of the parties, was most implemented," said Vladislav Crickley.
the Ministry expects that the cooperation of Railways CRCC and will greatly improve the condition of transport infrastructure of Ukraine.
"Tend to attract structural investments in the creation of complex high-speed railway communication not only between the million-plus cities in Ukraine, but also in the framework of European integration and implementation of the Association Agreement in the literal sense to bring Ukraine to Europe, when to get there by rail to Warsaw, Budapest and Bucharest can be no more than 3 hours, and from Kiev to Odessa train will travel an hour and a half instead of the current 7-8", – said Vladislav Crickley.
