In PJSC "Energomashspetsstal" has summed up results of activities on labor protection and safety production in 2019. According to the head of labor protection of PJSC "EMSS" Eugene Malovichko, in the past year, activities aimed at improvement of occupational safety and prevention of injuries, tested positive, what is the result of purposeful work of a collective enterprise aimed at the implementation of the policy of PJSC "EMSS" in the field of labour protection.
In 2019, almost all units of PJSC "EMSS", except SLTS and CIE, worked without occupational injury. Commenting on the results of PJSC "EMSS" head of labor protection Department of the company said that in 2019, the severity rate of accidents decreased in comparison with the 2018 year, and accounted for 25 to 65. In addition, in 2019 compared to the previous year significantly decreased the number of days of temporary disability in accidents relating to production that was 50 to 65.
Employees of the labor protection Department in conjunction with heads of divisions were conducted work on the organization and carrying out of periodic medical examination in medical establishments of Kramatorsk. Costs for medical examinations in 2019 amounted to UAH 165 634.
as a result of increasing demands for employees on issues of labor protection without violations and workplace accidents in 2019 worked collectives of the building were renewed, rail and thermal plants. According to the order No. 2 of 16.01.2020 year, heads of departments, to ensure the work of their groups without occupational injuries in a timely manner fulfilled the measures on the protection of labour, was declared gratitude to the General Director of PJSC "EMSS" Vitaly Gnezdishko. The results for 2019 teams these units were awarded.
