Despite the fact that last year the work of the enterprise was significantly complicated by the difficult situation on the steel market and the crisis in the Ukrainian metallurgy, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih fulfilled the obligations stipulated in the Collective Agreement, the press service of the metallurgical plant reported on Friday, 6 March.
During the conference of the labor collective, the decision of the administration of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih to pay remuneration based on the results of 2019 was announced. The so-called 13th salary will be paid to employees on March 13, 2020. Traditionally, this solution also applies to subsidiaries.
ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih remains one of the few mining and metallurgical enterprises in Ukraine that pays the 13th salary to its employees annually. The remuneration based on the results of work for the previous year is determined based on the size of the average earnings for the actual hours worked.
Recall that the average salary of personnel at ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih from December 2018 to December 2019 increased by 31.5%. This is the highest growth rate among enterprises of the mining and metallurgical industry in Ukraine.
