Metinvest recognized as the most attractive employer in the metalworking industry and the mining industry of Ukraine. This is evidenced by the data of the independent international study of the attractiveness of the employer's brand Randstad Employer Brand Research, Ukraine - 2020.

Almost 8 thousand Ukrainians from 18 to 65 years old from different regions of the country took part in the Ukrainian study. The survey involved both working people and people looking for work. Respondents rated 150 largest employers: 75 Ukrainian and 75 international companies from 13 sectors of the economy.

Companies were analyzed according to the following criteria: financial solvency, the use of the most advanced technologies, good reputation, job security, career growth, social responsibility, interesting work, pleasant working atmosphere, work-life balance, attractive wages and benefits.

More than 185 thousand respondents from 33 countries took part in the international survey this year, who evaluated more than 6 thousand companies. All countries of study make up 75% of the world economy.

The annual global Randstad Employer Brand Research presented by ANCOR and Randstad Corporation. The study has been conducted worldwide for 20 years, Ukraine joined it in 2019.
