distinguished guests, accompanied by representatives of city government and the Dnipropetrovsk regional state administration visited memorable places of the city of monay associated with the presence here of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, who in 1958-60, along with other Kazakh youth studied at the Technical school No. 8 and did an internship in the blast furnace shop of the Dnieper metallurgical plant.
So one of the important points of the ambassadorial visit was the blast-furnace Department of "DMK". Guests from Kazakhstan visited the blast furnace No. 1, built in the 21st century, has received information about the shop, about the latest technologies introduced here in recent years, from the main blast furnace DMK Sergei Pustovaya.
"I'm impressed, it's a massive production run of people. It's ambitious," - said the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine Darkhan Kaletayev.
Guests also visited the historical part of the city, including the building of the office of DMK, and the Museum of the history of the plant that are gems of architecture of the early twentieth century.
