by JSC "Turboatom" and SE "Plant "Electrotyazhmash" there are shortcomings in the preparation of documentation in accordance with requirements of the international contracts which leads to an increase of the term of consideration of payment documents from the European Bank for reconstruction and development (EBRD), European investment Bank (EIB) and the independent international consultants "EDF" and "Mott MacDonald", says message the press service of Ukrhydroenergo.
the company stressed that under the terms of the contracts, the EBRD and the EIB shall make payment within 60 days from the date of filing a full package of required documents.

In Ukrhydroenergo reported that on today of SOE "Plant "Electrotyazhmash" there are delays in the supply of equipment for more than 3 month that "it is unacceptable and will lead to negative consequences."
On local contracts while performing work from Electrotyazhmash there are also systematic delay on the contract for the construction of the Dniester PSP with the delivery of larger units of equipment, break time schedule of the project.
In Ukrhydroenergo indicated that they are interested in the soonest solution of problematic issue, because in case of further ignoring Elektrotyajmash recommendations on documentation from the international creditor banks, the company faces a rescheduling of reconstruction of hydroelectric power plants.
