Ukrhydroenergo CJSC will take part in the implementation of an investment project for the construction of a hydrogen electrolysis plant in cooperation with H2 LLC.
The corresponding Memorandum on cooperation in the construction of the plant was signed by the director of LLC "H2" Andriy Zhovner and the acting general director of "Ukrhydroenergo" Bogdan Sukhetskiy.

As noted in the state company, the implementation of this project will attract investments of about 300 million euros and create new jobs. Cooperation involves the construction of production facilities with constant electricity consumption.
Earlier today, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said that Ukraine and Germany are discussing the possibility of using the Ukrainian gas transmission system to transport hydrogen.
According to him, Germany will be the largest market for the consumption of hydrogen energy, and Ukraine can become a reliable supplier of hydrogen to the EU, including Germany.
