The Supervisory Board of PJSC "Kremenchug Plant of Metal Products " (Ukraine, Poltava region) dismissed Alexander Nikiforov from his post, appointing Dmitry Bonchkovsky, head of the technical bureau of the workshop, instead.
As the company informed in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the supervisory board made the corresponding decision on October 30 of this year. It is specified that Nikiforov's powers are terminated on November 4, 2020. In turn, the term of office of Bonchkovsky is from November 5, 2020 to November 5, 2021.
The Kremenchug plant of metal products was created in 1994 on the basis of the state enterprise "Kremenchug plant of special metal structures and communication products " by its corporatization.
The main direction of PJSC "KrZMI " is the production of metal products, which are used in various industries, such as mechanical engineering, metallurgy, agriculture, construction. At present, the main type of manufactured products is a manhole cover, bucket containers on orders from enterprises.
In 2008, the Kryukov Carriage Works (KVSZ) acquired the Kremenchug Metal Products Plant. According to NDU for the fourth quarter of 2019, AS Skinest Finants (Estonia), which is a shareholder of KVSZ, owns 75% of PJSC "Kremenchug Plant of Metal Products ". The authorized capital of the PJSC is UAH 1,067.2 thousand, the nominal value of the share is UAH 0.05.
