Dneprovsk Metallurgical Plant, a member of DCH Steel of Oleksandr Yaroslavskyi DCH Group, has resumed the "Bring a friend - get an award" project since March.
The goal of the project is to cover the need for scarce professions, for example, the enterprise now needs blast furnaces, hot rolling mill operators, crane drivers and diesel locomotive drivers, electricians, milling operators, and a number of other specialists.
The list of vacancies is available to all employees of the plant, and they can invite their friends and relatives to work.
For each specialist employed at the plant, the one who brought him in will receive an award of UAH 2550-3500. The amount of remuneration depends on the profession of the new employee.
The first part of the bonus will be paid after the hired friend has worked for a month, the rest after six months of his work.
