In the Loan Guarantee Fund of Ukrgasbank and UNIDO, industrial enterprises can receive up to $ 150,000 in loans for energy efficient projects without collateral and at low interest rates, the State Energy Efficiency Agency of Ukraine reported.
"The Loan Guarantee Fund is an important tool to support industrialists who are aware of the need to reduce energy costs and plan to increase their competitiveness," said K. Goura, stating the importance of advocacy on the benefits of energy efficient projects at enterprises.
Basic terms of the loan: loan amount up to 150 thousand dollars; loan term up to 18 months; interest rate in UAH 8.43%, in USD 2.95%, in EUR 2.43%.
"Enterprises have a unique opportunity to take advantage of support programs and profitably implement energy management systems and energy efficient projects that will save energy costs," the State Energy Efficiency Agency concluded.
