For the first month of autumn, the products of PJSC "Energomashspetsstal" were sent to 10 countries of the world. The geography of deliveries is the USA, India, Italy, Spain, France, Austria and other countries of the near and far abroad. Some of the products were shipped to metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, including the Azovstal Iron and Steel Works and Zaporizhstal. Back-up and work rolls, discs, shanks, columns, rotor and other products were sent to customers.
Among the shipped products, it should be especially noted a large-sized mill roll weighing 207 tons. The length of the finished product was almost 11 m, the diameter of the barrel was 2.25 meters, the length of the barrel was 4.9 m. The giant roll is designed for operation in the 5000 hot plate mill.
Also in September, a generator rotor weighing 63.7 tons was shipped to the Indian company BHEL. In addition, a 123 ton backup roll was shipped to India for Bhilai Steel Plant.
By order of General Electric, parts of the high-pressure turbine rotor - liners and discs were shipped to France.
As in the previous month, for ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC (Kazakhstan), another slag carrier with a mass of 48 tons was manufactured and shipped, designed to transport liquid molten slag in a bowl with a capacity of 16 cubic meters.
A significant part of the products were manufactured for the nuclear industry. Shells, pipes of various diameters, bottoms, spheres, flanges, branch pipes and other products were sent to foreign markets. These blanks are intended for the production of equipment for nuclear power plants.
