TMK has opened a photo exhibition about labor dynasties "People with character" in Yekaterinburg

On the eve of its 25th anniversary, the Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) opened a photo exhibition about factory dynasties "People with Character" on a pedestrian street in the center of Yekaterinburg. It includes photographs dedicated to the life and professional path of employees of TMK's branches — Pervouralsky Novotrubny (PNTZ), Seversky Trubny (STZ) and Sinarsky Trubny (SinTZ) plants.

The exhibition was opened on Vayner Street and became a continuation of the multimedia project of the same name by TMK brand media "Trubnik Online" and photojournalist Mikhail Sinitsyn. His heroes were representatives of working families, whose destinies are closely connected with the factories and cities of the enterprises' presence — Pervouralsky, Polevsky and Kamensk-Uralsky.

The exposition is based on the stories of dynasties, which reflect the continuity of generations, respect for the profession and the peculiarities of corporate culture. Special attention is paid to the values and personal qualities of the metallurgists: 30 photos are accompanied by features that maximize the character of the project participants. The materials are supplemented with the direct speech of the characters.

The photographs were taken during trips to TMK enterprises and meetings with representatives of the dynasties, so they convey not only the working environment, but also the home environment, family traditions and the context in which the bond of generations is formed.

"It is important for TMK to consistently promote the values of continuity, respect for the profession and the role of man in industry. Talking about working professions requires a modern and accessible language of communication. The exhibition "People with Character" allows you to show the profession through the personal stories of employees, combines documentary photography, interviews and artistic interpretation. This approach helps to make the production topic more understandable to a wide audience and emphasize the importance of metallurgists' work. It is especially important that the project is being implemented in the year of TMK's 25th anniversary," said Fyodor Klimkin, TMK's Director of Public Relations and Strategic Communications.

The pilot landing page of the multi-part multimedia project was posted on the "Trubnik Online" platform in 2025 and is dedicated to the Zyuzev dynasty of labor with STZ. An exhibition dedicated to the heroes of the project will be placed on Vayner Street until the end of August 2026.
